Per Reddit: "the Rock Lacrosse Head" by Ron "Groucho" MacNeil. The head's logo is "frog eyes" to accept a "flying frog" canted handle (6 degree concept) and sidewall hooks for mesh instead of using sidewall string. (Uncomfirmed Source: MacNeil's son)
