I am so excited to invite you to my first event centered on the most important thing… our mind and body. This past month has been filled with so much love, intention, tears, planning, and passion to create something that truly means something to me.
Living with fibromyalgia has changed every part of my life. It has challenged me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There were moments where I felt misunderstood, unseen, and honestly very alone. Creating a space like this became bigger than just an event. It became personal. It became healing.
Mind, Body & Bloom was created so we can come together as a community to have real conversations, learn more about chronic illness and mental health, pour into ourselves, and remind one another that we are not fighting our battles alone.
I cannot even explain what it feels like to watch something that once lived only in my heart finally come to life. I am literally crying as I write this because this event represents hope for me. Hope that pain can still create purpose. Hope that community can heal pieces of us medicine sometimes cannot reach.
Thank you for every ounce of love and support you have shown me through this journey. Truly. May this be the first of many 🤍
