Things I have learned on this trip so far:
1-God’s plan is always better than your plan.
2-You can meet strangers with who you will have such meaningful conversations that will inspire and restore your faith in humanity.
3- Sometimes you get lucky enough to meet a beautiful crew that becomes friends for life and are already your biggest supporters.
4-You’re not stuck, you’re attached. The reason you’re not moving forward is your unwillingness to let go of what’s holding you back.
5- In a world of algorithms, hastags and followers, know the true importance of human connection.
6- You can wear a scarf in at least 32 different ways.
7-It is possible to you lose your top if you laugh too hard during an impromptu photoshoot.

Thank god for all the angels who have been watching over me recently.
As my feed went dark, I dissolved into Panama’s midnight as I weighed my next step.
The blurred horizons lights burned away old paths, only the skyline knew my name.
It held me in its glow—the night held my silence, while I questioned the path ahead. I let the dark finish its sentence, while light writes the next chapter.
The way was a secret. I surrendered the grip—light whispered it. Change is grace. Restart is breath. 🌙
Sometimes the route is the falling to the known. Release is sanctioned. Reset is sacred. ✨
Old ways slid off like midnight silk. As the velvet curtains open again, a softer glow begins.

It begins with play—letting my inner child explore, embracing color and feeling every texture come alive.
When God places a seed in the heart, creation is the bloom. He gives visions and creation is the act of trusting Him.
In light of all the very heavy events happening around the world, there is so much I wanted to say, that I was at a loss for words. Over the past months, I’ve made space to connect with the divine in me and with the Creator. I have been, expressing my emotions through art and healing my grieving heart through music.
This video is the first in a series exploring the theme of childhood dreams — one of the most precious thing that exists.
I will slowly reveal what has been moving through my mind, soul and spirit, piece by piece. I can’t wait to share the visions, projects, and miracles that will be coming to life this summer, as I am coming back to Montreal. 🌸

The reason behind this stunt, is to raise awareness on the fact that every year in Québec, more than 2,000 young people leave the (DPJ) at age 18, often without adequate preparation for autonomy. One in four of these youth faces serious mental health challenges, and up to 40% of people experiencing homelessness have previously been followed by youth protection services. Women are also heavily affected by precarity: nearly 30% face significant difficulties.
These figures reveal a well-known reality, but what is far less known is the critical period that precedes the crisis — the window where human accompaniment and support could truly change the course of a life.
The Riot Foundation: Acting Upstream
This is exactly where the Riot Foundation steps in. We support:
• young people preparing to leave the youth protection system (DPJ);
• women in situations of vulnerability;
• individuals facing physical or mental health challenges.
Through empowerment programs, psychosocial accompaniment, artistic and community projects, and the creation of safe, nurturing spaces — including the very first Riot Home (Maison Riot), set to open in summer 2026 — the organization intervenes upstream, precisely where every gesture of support can genuinely transform a life path.
