Working within the clientâs signature blue, we knew the moment we encountered Blue Jean stone by @cavart_ds that it would become the defining material for the space with bringing both refinement and a quietly masculine edge to their executive head office level.
Following the completion of Level 17 for their broader team, our intention for this floor was to introduce a greater sense of luxury and considered hospitality, creating an environment that feels equally welcoming for international guests and the internal team alike. Rich brown and deeper tonal layers were carefully balanced against soft creams and warm whites, striking a dialogue between corporate precision and boutique hotel ease.
The level of detail, craftsmanship, and seamless delivery alongside @the_fitout_firm was instrumental in bringing the vision to life with clarity and ease.

Executive Office Suites | Bondi Junction
Designed to feel as elevated as the conversations held within it, this workspace was envisioned as an executive office with the warmth and ease of a boutique hotel.
Inspired by the city skyline, the material palette layers Venetian plaster, rich dark timber, warm oak tones, and mixed onyx travertine to create a space that feels both refined and deeply inviting.
From custom meeting room tables to the soft glow of alabaster wall lighting in the main boardroom, every detail was considered to balance function with atmosphere, supporting the rhythm of a busy workplace while offering moments of calm for teams and global guests alike.
Soft sheers and flexible blinds allow the light to shift beautifully throughout the day, creating a space that adapts from focused meetings to quieter moments of pause.

Our clients brief were formed by a simple image of a sunrise, which informed both the tone and structure of the space. Its layered gradation suggested depth, transition and movement across planes.
We extended the concept beyond colour selection, shaping a material and spatial response that feels both nostalgic and contemporary. Detailed vinyl joinery and cork surfaces a nod to retro influences, reinterpreted with precision in a way that memory and modernity sit comfortably together.
The intention was never to recreate a past era, but to capture its warmth and optimism within a resolved architectural language.
A beautiful collaboration between builder, trades and client made this project possible and weâre grateful for the trust placed in us to realise such a bold vision.
