#AD This Tuscan beef orzo has been on repeat in our house lately 🤍 I’ve been buying Laura’s Lean since I was in college, so I’m really excited to share this brand with you - it’s always been a staple I keep on hand for easy weeknight dinners. I’m using their lean ground beef in this delicious one pan orzo dish. It’s the perfect protein paired with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, orzo, and a little cream, then finished with spinach, parmesan, and fresh basil. Laura’s Lean has been a trusted ground beef brand for over 40 years, and I love that it’s made without antibiotics or added hormones. Get the recipe below and save this recipe for later! #laurasleanpartner @lauras_lean 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lb Laura’s Lean Ground Beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup orzo 3 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup cream 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained 2 cups fresh spinach 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1. Brown the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside. 2. Cook the garlic and orzo: In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the orzo and chicken broth, stirring to combine. 3. Simmer: Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. 4. Finish the skillet: Stir in the cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and cooked beef. Add the spinach and parmesan cheese, and stir until the spinach is wilted and everything is creamy and well combined. 5. Serve: Serve warm with extra parmesan.

Pastina la vista, baby… this soup is SO good 🍲✨ This cozy pastina ground beef veggie soup is hearty, simple, and basically a hug in a bowl. Perfect for busy nights and kid-approved in our house ❤️ Ingredients: 🥩 1 lb lean ground beef (@lauras_lean ) 🧂 1½ tsp kosher salt 🧅 ½ cup diced onion 🥕 ½ cup diced carrot 🥬 ½ cup diced celery 🍅 28 oz crushed tomatoes 🥣 32 oz stock (chicken, beef, or veggie will work) 🍃 2 bay leaves 🍝 4 oz pastina 🧀 grated parmesan Instant Pot method: 1️⃣ Brown ground beef using sauté, season with salt 2️⃣ Add onion, carrots, and celery and cook until softened 3️⃣ Stir in tomatoes, beef stock, bay leaves, and pastina 4️⃣ Lock lid and cook 5 minutes on high pressure 5️⃣ Quick release, remove bay leaves Top with parmesan for the ultimate cozy bowl 🤍 Also works great simmered on the stovetop or in the slow cooker if that’s your vibe.
