No explican, no interpretan, no idealizan. Solo documentan un momento importante en desarrollo. Gracias a @vrunkofficiel por formar parte La Florida - Hospitalet, 2026. ————————————————- Over the past few years in L’Hospitalet, something real has been growing — something you don’t usually see in official narratives. It’s not new, just more visible now: different generations living together, building identity through the mix, through everyday life in the neighborhood. Europe isn’t moving toward one single identity, but toward something more layered — where identities overlap without fully blending into one. In La Florida, clothing works like a language within a bigger system: music, public space, belonging, economy, global influences reinterpreted on a local level. These images aren’t trying to tell a story, just capture what’s already there. No explanations, no interpretations, no romanticizing. Just documenting a moment that’s still unfolding. Thanks to @vrunkofficiel for being part of it. La Florida — L’Hospitalet, 2026.

Spanish artists of Dominican descent — PART 2 LH keeps speaking. This isn’t about fitting in anywhere. It’s about creating a place of your own. What you hear, what’s said, what’s shown — it all comes from here. Creative Direction & Photo @lauralobos__ Assist @ifeyinkastudios

Spanish artists of Dominican descent - PART 1 Portraits of the new scene in L’Hospitalet: music coming out of the neighborhood, moving between what’s inherited and what’s lived here. The second and third generation in Spain isn’t caught between two worlds anymore — they’re creating their own. You can hear it in the sound, in the way they speak, and in how they show themselves, no explanations needed. Thanks to everyone who made it possible. ————————————— When I met Chaima and the other girls, I knew I’d want to photograph them more than once. Football itself isn’t what matters to me—it’s what they represent: something essential, ever-present, and so alive. With this personal series, I wanted to capture the sense of sisterhood that grows in local neighborhood football teams, in everyday life. I’m not really into football; I care about the cultural impact it creates and the connections it builds.
