I had a dream I turned 40 in Paris and this weekend me and the love of my life made it come true! Eating, drinking and smoking skinny Vogues round the city for 72 hours was magical. 10/10. No notes. Would recommend.
While I don't recommend travelling around Europe in the Winter with the actual Flu feeling like death, I do recommend Vienna if you like high drama churches, classical music, art and weiner schnitzel! Bratislava was a cute side quest too. Danke!

Feeling tired and emotional after the best of trips with the best of them @jenwoolridge . As I don my compression socks for the long flight home, I'm very grateful for everything we got to do and see in Thailand and Laos. Laos has maybe topped my favourite country list, and I will be returning. Thanks for the mems and lols Jwo. Surprisingly, not sponned by Beer Lao.
My overused but entirely fitting word for today, and this place Luang Prabang, is magical. Nothing else fits. Cried at, fed and walked through the jungle with 3 elephants today and ended with a whopper of a sunset and a huge beer.
