It's the #InternationalDayoftheGirlChild2025 , and @techwomenfest 's #TechWomenFest2025 couldn't have been a better way to highlight it. 🤍
A major goal for 2025 was to attend career events, and this being my first, yet this impactful? My sign to follow up on this goal. 🤏🏽
One of my favourite takeaways from the event was what @phenomenal_toyin said about scaling for systemic change (operations and organisations): "You have to move from passion to performance as a founder; passion is never enough. Do not get stuck in it.
You must understand how to straddle passion alongside being performance-centric. You have to think like an institution to build like an institution."
I'm 100% holding this close as a reminder through my career growth and phases.
