Making soul food (for the second time). But this time I teamed up with Alex @latryguy and Michelle @kitchen_goddess68 to show me how to do it right. If you know Michelle, she makes some of the best soul food spreads. She brought over her signature brown butter beans and showed us how to make cornbread and helped us fry the catfish. And paired together with the homemade galbi, I think I'm going to be thinking about this spread for a while.
