Hey friends, if you haven’t heard, I’m taking a step back this year from organizing @latchfest . It’s pretty incredible how one cat, Latch, inspired a community of creatives to come together for the kitties. It’s really hard to explain. Latch Fest will live on this year through @quamlaetus & @olliemoe_ (and probably 50 plus volunteers 😂) Latch Fest is 110% volunteer run. No one gets paid but the cats. So if you see Bad Laura or Ollie around, buy them a drink or tacos because as wonderful as LatchFest is, organizing it is a freakin full time unpaid gig. I’m so beyond grateful to have had the honor to organize the past 3 years with all of you. Looking through the photos, it’s truly incredible how many ppl came together and raised over $11k for @tulsatnr on the backs of $5 - $20 individual donations. I love you guys so damn much.

Oh, and if you didn’t know, our King Latch is doing great with his forever family 👑 but I’m sure he misses his bar stool.
See all you scaredy-cat’s at KittenFest: Cat-O-Ween 🩸 🖤
