No young person should have to face adversity alone. 🙏
The @radicalhope_fdn event, hosted by Ken Langone, was a powerful reminder that we all have a role in creating connections.
After losing their son Chris, Pam and Phil Martin turned unimaginable loss into a mission to help young people build resilience before they reach a crisis point.
Grateful to be in the room with @nflcommish to hear from people on the front lines of this work and learn how RADical Hope’s programming is helping make that mission possible.
Thank you for having me, and thank you to the Bossidys and the entire @radicalhope_fdn team for the important work you continue to do. 💛
Last week at the @bgca_clubs National Conference, Angela Duckworth shared a moving keynote on the concept of grit. This was particularly fitting given my fireside chat with @nfl Commissioner Roger Goodell, someone whose career embodies all the qualities of grit. Roger has spent 44 years with the NFL, nearly 20 of them as Commissioner. Before any of it, he was a kid with a dream and a stack of rejection letters that never stopped him.
Serving on the Board of Governors is meaningful to me because this work is personal: I was a Club kid, and I know the difference having someone show up for you can make in a young person’s life.
As a kid, I vividly remember watching the adults in my life who took the time to create spaces where kids like me could feel seen and supported, as well as learn about important life skills. That is what Boys & Girls Clubs of America continues to do for over 4 million young people every day.
I’m grateful for those doing this work, and for the chance to support it. Thank you for having me!

Spent the day at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
I was invited to guest lecture in Dr. Frank Luntz’s class at @westpoint_usma . My family’s military roots run deep, and an affinity for service to this country has always been part of who I am. I walked out filled with pride after having met so many cadets who walk with the weight of history on their shoulders.
Thank you, Dr. Frank Luntz, Lieutenant General @s.w.gilland , Mrs. Gilland, and the Corps for allowing me into your home.
Sharing a little behind the scenes from my time with the Class of 2026 at the @profootballhof in Canton yesterday.
Spent the day with @drewbrees , @lukekuechly , and Roger Craig. Walking through that space together gives you a deeper appreciation for the history and the men who are now part of it.
I’m still taking it all in.
I didn’t get a chance to see @adamvinatieri on this trip, but I’m looking forward to connecting with him in August.
Stay tuned for more to come from this weekend.🏈
