LAPS takes a form-first approach to designing watches with a refined and dressed aesthetic. Completing the architectural vision of Arche, this mineral series draws from the appearance of a landmark building by Korean design studio WGNB, whose textured facade shifts with the light.
The matte-finish dial will be available in two colorways : Ivory and Green.

2 DAYS UNTIL THE REVEAL
Named after its ARCH-shaped lugs, the ARCHE model has been designed as a brutalist piece. Each lug is manufactured individually to be precisely brushed and polished before forming the case.
A line of watches where forms and details contribute to a common aesthetic language.
To match our new STUDIO range, we have designed a new box made from paper. For a minimal design, we selected a specific texture and shade giving the impression of a monolith.
The first model of the range Studio: ARCHE, demonstrates our wish to design watches where form and details contributes to a common language.
Following this vision, the crown varies textures with a central circular brush outlined by and a polished bevel. Its edge shaped by 22 grooves adds character to the piece.

This year will mark a turning point for LAPS Paris with the launch of STUDIO. Through the new range, LAPS expands its creative language by including a more in-depth exploration of the watch design, where clean lines and balanced proportions are inspired by Brutalist aesthetic.
This evolution embodies LAPS constant quest for exploring creativity, expressing here through forms.
