Please join us in welcoming Will Picketts as the new head coach of Brahmas softball.
A former Pierce student-athlete, Picketts continued his playing career at Cal State Bakersfield and Cal State LA, where he earned his master’s degree in kinesiology.
He later joined the Brahmas baseball coaching staff, helping develop student-athletes and guide them to four-year opportunities.
Picketts has also spent the past three years teaching within the Los Angeles Community College District and helps lead the Philippines Baseball Group, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Filipino baseball players worldwide.
Now, he takes over the softball program and will build a culture centered on competition, discipline and helping student-athletes succeed both on and off the field.
