I’ve always loved citrine. This heishi necklace brings together all its shades - soft, deep and luminous, with that subtle glitter that catches the light as you move.
LAOLI was created from my lifelong fascination with jewelry and the ritual of adornment. The brand reflects the way I see beauty, the materials I’m drawn to, and the rhythm I live by.
I’ve always felt that adornment belongs in everyday life. That it can exist with ease, without feeling precious or overthought.
I’m drawn to a balance between strength and softness. Structure and irregularity, boldness and lightness. Between utility and embellishment. It’s something that continues to shape how I design, and something I return to again and again.

I’ve been returning to this piece for some time for the past several months, studying its angles, its clean lines, the way it holds light. There’s a certain purity in its simplicity. An elongated form, carved by hand, producing a soft, glass-like reflection that feels soft and considered.
In a collection rooted in rawness, this one leans into refinement. I think that contrast is what I was searching for.
The Baguette Drop Necklace is now available in smoky quartz and lemon quartz.
