The ultimate cross-culture comedy night comes to Edinburgh for the first time. @salmanmalikcomedian
brings together some of the most exciting Arab and Asian voices in the UK for bold, brilliant humour featuring sharp observations, cultural storytelling and fearless punchlines.
Arabs & Asians
9:30PM | 10th-16th August | Cabaret Bar
✨🌙✨
Salman has done a mind-blowing job of platforming global majority comedy voices in the UK, with hugely successful shows up and down the country including Arabs & Asians and Funny Muslim Ladies.
Not only has been a champion of diverse voices, but he has also raised nearly half a million pounds in support of Gaza through these shows since 2024.
We are hugely grateful to be involved in bringing this up to the Fringe for the first time, and to be raising money for the incredible work that @forgottenwomen are doing around the world.

Courtney returns with a story about friendship. Or rather, the end of a friendship. A show that will make you laugh, cringe, and text your best friend immediately. Following her sold out debut and critically acclaimed sophomore hour.
Courtney Büchner: One of the Girls
6:55PM | 7th-31st August | Cellar
📸 @dylanwoodley
👯♀️🛺📲
Courtney is one of my favourite people to get a text from, and the text usually starts with “I’ve had an idea…” preceding something absolutely hilarious. I’m so excited by her. I met her at an @stamptown and a friendly “Let’s see a show and get lunch” turned into an incredibly fun and fortuitous working relationship (and I like to think friendship). As you’ll learn from this show, Courtney is one hell of a friend.
And this show? Really f***ing good.
Her approach to storytelling and performance is so playful and she brings an optimistic curiosity to everything.

Award-winning comedian and poet Bróccán Tyzack-Carlin returns to Edinburgh Fringe with his eye on the state of the nation, the end of life as we know it and feuds with some of Britain's biggest TV darlings.
Bróccán Tyzack-Carlin: Good News! It's Been Destroyed

🔥🚗🔥
Bróccán's been making me laugh for over a decade now, ever since we bonded strictly between the hours of 11pm and 4am at the Bill Bryson library.
One evening about a month ago my brain randomly went I wonder how Bróccán's doing. Turns out he was having a lovely time in Spain, but could really use a hand with his new show - and so Laoise and I have the unexpected delight of helping to bring his brilliant work to Edinburgh this year.
He is absolutely hilarious, has the most amazing stories to tell and is as precise and cutting as he is mad. He's saying so much of what needs to be said right now in the face of the insanity of the world which I have so much respect for. He's just as bonkers as Sami, and funnily enough they run a night together @everythingisfcomedy which you should definitely check out.

I am not the target audience for any British man, ever. So if I find one funny, pay attention! And attention is exactly what this show is about, if you could direct yours towards the ticket link in my bio.
Join us for the third in The Yurt Trilogy and see if Alex has well and truly lost his mind. Alex is so incredibly funny, he pulls out the wildest references, and a performer I’m always excited for.

Two years ago I met Harriet in a basement and it’s all been up from there. We tried to just stay friends, but destiny had other plans: we needed to be colleagues.
Harriet’s approach to story, in mode and method and madness, is brilliant and exciting and I really can’t wait for you to see.

The sensational debut Fringe hour from Forbes 30 Under 30, Abby Govindan, about dating, getting older and breaking generational curses.
Abby Govindan: Pushing 30
9:35PM | 5-30th August | Baby Grand
🧨🧨🧨
A little over a year ago, Abby performed her first show in London, and since then she’s been unstoppable. Three dates at Fringe 2025, a sold-out Off-Broadway run, a tour across Europe, and developing her new show with non-stop sold out dates @angelcomedy . Abby’s a powerhouse with no off switch and truly a force to be reckoned with.
As I type, she’s finishing her first tour of India, then she’s on to Australia, so come see her at Fringe and bear witness to her world domination.
Abby’s storytelling is heartfelt, impactful, and hilarious. She threads personal anecdotes with larger reflections on human nature, always coming from a place of compassion and connection. I’m delighted to be presenting this show and I think you’re really going to enjoy.

Can people who care start hating again? Can hate help us? And most importantly - can hate be funny?

Sami promised the bossman at Palmyra Pizza he would bring a show back to the Edinburgh Fringe 2026 since he owed him £1. So…
Last year, Sami called Qasim two months before the Fringe. He’d written a show in a week and it was ready to premiere. The show was too important and too brilliant for Qasim not to. Sami’s a genius, but please no one tell him we said that. When he told us he already had a new show we agreed he was crazy. But once again, it’s incredible.
I still think he’s crazy, but he’s definitely also a genius.

A glistening swan-song for the triumphant Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Show 2025. A swaggering, diamond-sharp hour about being trans (uh-oh) and the hunt for the perfect skirt suit.
Sam Nicoresti: Baby Doomer
7/8PM | 15th, 17-19th August | P2 + Forth
📸 @bekor_
✨✨✨
Baby Doomer is back at the Pleasance Courtyard. Possibly your last chance to see the show live, and if you’ve already seen it, good news, you can watch it again! Through touring the show, two Soho Theatre runs, and- as I type- the MICF season, Sam has continued to develop Baby Doomer. The new dimensions enhance, the new jokes hit, and Sam, still and ever, is masterful. Plus, now she’s even more award winning with two additional Chortle Awards under her belt.

Ten years after premiering at the Edinburgh Fringe, Team Viking returns for another send-off.
James Rowland: Team Viking
2:05PM | 5-31st August | Beside
(Or if in you’re in Peterborough tomorrow night, he’s at the marvelous Key Theatre)
🔥🔥🔥
The first time I ever saw James was back in 2016, sat in a packed out crowd sweating together, in what I can only describe as a large former public bathroom (tiles still on the walls). I really had no idea what I was in for, however that hour of my life kept me in a spell for days to follow. I’d never seen anything like it - it was a truly mind-expanding performance. And it’s that genuine humanity, vulnerability and connection that has made James one of the foremost storytellers in the UK. Whilst we shared some babybels late one night after the show, it wasn’t until 2019 that we became dear friends. It is now truly an honour and a delight to get to work with him on bringing back his beautiful debut blockbuster.
