“GHOST” has always been one of my favorite videos.
1. For the concept of “the shadow self” observing as a separate entity.
2. I felt true integration in my performance across acting & rapping. It’s been sometime since I put this out, but it still feels really relevant. In an interview a journalist asked me why I made “Ghost” here’s what I said:
“Most people don’t want to heal. They want to become someone who never got hurt. They treat self-development like surgery, cutting away every flaw, fear, and shadow. But growth isn’t escape, it’s integration.”
