It is profoundly gratifying that this year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Give to Gain.”
These women have been incredibly supportive and are truly special.

1 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘺 1936 – 15 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘺 2026
He was widely credited with saving the lives of 262 people, most of them Christians during a time of crisis in June 2018.
His life is a powerful reminder that goodness transcends religion, ethnicity, and background.
There are truly good people across all faiths.

Like a pregnant woman in 2023, I approached two friends carrying a baby that was ready to be born. We needed to create a space for a vital but often overlooked group: young adult men in their 20s and 30s to openly share aspirations, pursuits, and lived experiences. That conversation gave birth to 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑫𝒐 𝑴𝒆𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝑾𝒂𝒏𝒕? (𝐖𝐃𝐌𝐑𝐖).
Our goal? To understand what grown men want from life, particularly in their careers and relationships; and to offer women a chance to hear them out, uncut and unfiltered. In the first WDMRW, we sparked honest conversations, uncovered shared values, and built meaningful connections.
Now, at WDMRW 2.0, something deeper is about to unfold.
This time, we’re engaging from a place of shared humanity - a place that honors the full experience of the grown man: his dreams, doubts, joys, flaws, and the quiet truths he often carries alone.
