After rescheduling a few times due to inclement weather, mother nature cooperated and the E Alma Flagg Elementary in Newark Public Schools held the official opening event for their new ONE Smart Piano Lab. This wonderful “ribbon cutting” included some very special guests, including NPS Superintendent Roger Leon, Performing Arts Director Devonne DeNose, and LLIMF Young Scholar Alex Liu, who met with students and faculty and performed numerous pieces, thrilling everyone! 🎹✨

A new Lang Lang Foundation is being established in Frankfurt, creating the foundation to bring Keys Of Inspiration to local schools. The idea is simple but powerful: Piano Labs equipped with modern smart pianos, where children can explore music with curiosity and excitement, regardless of their background.
The first steps are already underway. Schools have been identified. Conversations have begun. And the vision is taking shape.
This week marked an important moment. At the Hessian State Chancellery, leaders from government, philanthropy, and the Lang Lang International Music Foundation came together to discuss how to build a model that can grow, scale, and reach children across Germany.
It’s the beginning of something meaningful.
