Yesterday NHBA members had the opportunity to speak at the Women in Construction event at @niagaracollege 🛠️ Sharing their journey as women in the industry and the path they took to achieve their successful careers today. Construction is evolving, and there is so much space for more women to step in, lead, and thrive. We truly hope that by sharing their stories, we inspired even just a few more women to see themselves in this field. The future is bright, and it’s being built by all of us. #womeninconstruction #niagaracollege Special Thanks to our NHBA Chair, Kelly Anderson @silvergate_homes , Rhoda Cipparone @aristocrat_floors , Terri Johns @landwise.team , Kelly Gonzalez @cottoninc1979 and Annette Manchester @niagaracollege
