The design draws from Mediterranean character, combining natural materials and fine-grain detailing to create spaces that feel both authentic and contemporary.
From lively promenades to quieter, more intimate edges, the development balances movement and pause—supporting the technical demands of a world-class marina while shaping a place people can truly inhabit and enjoy.

Park Inn by Radisson Victoria Falls is a contemporary hotel development that is located strategically on the outer northern edge of the town of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and borders the Zambezi National Park.
The unique positioning of the hotel site has allowed the development to target both the holiday and business markets and the landscape planning providing for both.
Designed with a light touch, every effort has been made to preserve as much of the existing, natural bushveld as possible and enhance the existing sense of Africa that exists.
Viewing decks and a boma (traditional outside dining area) are positioned to take advantage of a watering hole on the boundary with the national park, where wildlife moves freely around the property enhancing a sense of quiet immersion in and respect for the natural environment.
