Me and the scientists of Buhay Halo are working on a medical-grade esoteric technology to cure diasporic Filipino home sickness and these are early iterations of our treatment programme. We wish to heal our kababayans (fellow Filipinos) of this wildly irregular, widespread and volatile illness as a stepping stone to curing the whole of the world.

Siquijor, Philippines had so many great elements to it but our first good impressions of it were quickly overwhelmed by oncoming weekend blackout.

WENT FOR A WALK
A video poem written from the things i saw on my first walk around the block in Dumaguette, Negros Occidental, Philippines
I only later found out that there is many strong similarities to Puerto Rico's colonisation and the Philippines that was portrayed in Bad Bunny's halftime show. But even more specified to this very island where it's sugar cane production was at first in high demand to america and then dropped, crashing the local industry.

Constantly astounded by the beauty in design and personality in the tricycle culture. The shapes are endless; sometimes according to region designs become uniform but even then we see the outliers standing out. Usually it’s the colours that grab me first: the lights against the side carts but now I’m really looking out for the side carts’ shape.
