So good to see Joe Heskett today! He was a huge part in my success at Ohio State. He was always hard on me, but it was exactly what I needed during those years of my life. Not only was he competing internationally during a portion of my college career, but was heavily invested as a coach, father and husband. He’s shown so much perseverance and resilience over the years. I’m forever grateful for our friendship, and Joe is someone I always looked up to, as a northeast Ohio legend!

RAF 08 was another huge step forward for the sport of wrestling. 3 olympic champions, world champions, NCAA Champions, All-Americans, multiple countries represented. Being part of this league as an athlete is an amazing experience, but being part of the executive team also has been something I’m truly grateful for. The way our whole team works together to make each show better than the last is really special! Also seeing the athletes and coaches at each event has brought me back into the wrestling world like I never imagined I would , after immersing myself in my mma career the last 15 years. So many great people I’ve reconnected with, and I owe it to everyone involved with @rafwrestlingusa .
