we have a new album coming out on @drongotapes on friday, june 16th. it’s called “i’m picking lights in a field…” and tape preorders are currently live on bandcamp! this album is a pretty large stylistic leap for us and features lots of sampler usage and heavy, borderline-atonal atmosphere (but lots of tonal stuff too!)
originally written as one-giant-song-experiment, we split it up into eight different tracks so you can conveniently find and return to your favorite parts :]
we will also be going on a tour of the west coast in july alongside fellow drongo recording artist @the_exit_bags as well as @kathryn__mohr and @babykaho1 on select dates
this album features the talents of @dearlaikamusic and @drone.ape (as well as some additional processing by @tommiritello ) and was mixed and mastered by the incomparable angel marcloid @angelhairaudio
