𝑳𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 🌿

✨IMPORTANT✨ Lately I got a message at Etsy that was asking if my drawings were human-drawn. No hello, no excuse of any form, just the question only. I thought I got alright by now but this reminded that I’m not. Perhaps I won’t get over this matter for ever but I’m okay with that. It’s natural that people don’t really understand others’ feelings when they are not in the shoes. Plus my coloring book <Garden, Lady> from last year didn’t make any change my financial situation but I’m okay with that too because my fiance got my back. What I don’t feel okay about is that my artworks still can be taken by these people who use other people’s work to train their AI tools or to generate images just like in my drawing style. Yes, text-to-image is the most common form people use but image-to-image is another very easy way to rip away the style from an artist. That is the reason of this posting. Let’s at least think that artists have feelings. Please don’t worry, I’m not in any pain, maybe because I don’t really have anything else to lose 😅😉 I still love to watch colorists’ works so much, so tag me if you upload any of my drawing by adding the words @lanagreenart . I wish this matter doesn’t let any colorist’s spirit down. Coloring is a wonderful hobby. And we all deserve happiness. 🇰🇷 얼마전에 어떤 분께 메시지를 받았는데요. 제 그림이 사람이 그린 게 맞냐는 질문이었습니다. 외국 분들이 우리나라 분들보다 쿨한 부분이 확실히 있긴 하지만 .. ㅎㅎ 그 어떤 인사도 변죽도 없이 마치 검증을 하는 듯한 질문을 불쑥 받으니 황당하더군요. 인공지능 피해를 세상 그 누구보다 빠르게 받은 사람임에도 아직까지 이런 메시지를 받아야한다는 게 참 씁쓸했습니다. 하지만 직접 겪은 사람이 아니면 잘 알지 못하는 게 당연하겠지요. 그렇지만 한번은 이곳에 고정해두기 위해 글을 올리니 양해 부탁드립니다 🫶 📌저는 제 그림이나 필명을 생성인공지능 툴의 학습에 이용하거나, 비슷한 그림을 뽑아내기 위한 프롬프팅 재료로 사용하는 행위를 금지합니다. 이렇게까지 제 당연한 인간성을 표시했음에도 불구하고 만약 제 그림이 생성인공지능 관련으로 사용된 사례를 발견한다면 다양항 형태로 저장해두고 간직하다가, 당장은 현행법이 없더라도 나중에 법이 만들어지는대로 가능한 조치 취하겠습니다. 소송을 이겨 인간 창작자의 위상을 지키거나 금전적인 배상을 받아내려는 이성적인 목적 같은 건 없을 겁니다. 혹시 제 그림을 사용했다고 의심되는 국내 사례를 발견하신 분들이 계시다면 망설이지 말고 제게 DM이나 이메일로 제보해주세요.
