'El Hilo Rojo'. Last year I had the amazing opportunity to choreograph a new piece for the @bnsballet . It was the first inclusive piece in the history of the company and I was lucky to be walking into this journey with them. Memories forever treasured, meeting and working with some wonderful people 7000 miles away from home.

Canterbury Cup 2026. It was a tough day. Nerves got the better of me and I didn't perform as well as I could've...but I carried on and placed 6th on hoop and 1st on ball.

I've had a fab 5 weeks working on the 'Dance Together' project with my fellow @amici_dtc and @turtlekeyarts colleagues. Together we've delivered dance workshops to 8 schools in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough and finished with a joyous sharing at our home @lyrichammersmith .
I'm so happy and proud that this year I've been assisted by two of my Young Amici students who have joined the team for the first time.
When you train and nurture dancers for years and watch them work successfully on the outside world you can finally say to yourself: -Ingrid, that's a job well done!
I'm also very grateful for them keeping me going and supporting me im the many hours of madness💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Our lovely #cbmatutor @lamoli77 , a Royal Opera House wiggie, taught our students how to paint 🎨 & apply pre-made @kryolanofficial bald caps this week
They used red head blocks & placed bald caps on them first & used #supracolor #kryolan #palette to paint 🖌️ the bald caps & then finished with #kryoland translucent powder
For bald cap application, our students first cleaned the skin with #ipa
They then cut ✂️ the cap off around the ears and then glued it down at the front, around the ears 👂 & at the back of the head with #prosaide glue, then cut the excess cap off and blended the edges with #acetone
