Little 2025 Dump….
2025 was amazing! This was my sacrifice year where I spent majority of it locked in working on my craft, and networking. A lot of y’all seen my journey in the podcast world and know how hard I work. 10 years in and this year I worked with some of my favorite podcasters, artist, and athletes. Took full advantage of every opportunity and made the best out of it.
Shout out to my friends and family who supported me, and understood the space I needed to get to where I wanted.

Post Birthday Thoughts
I love getting older.
Each year, I feel more proud of the man I’m becoming and appreciation for those who support me.
It wasn’t always this way. For years, I’ll sit and be sad on my birthday, disappointed by the life I hadn’t built, the what if’s, work I didn’t accomplish, not feeling good enough. I felt stuck. Behind. Like time was slipping away.
But I haven’t been sad on my birthday in about 6 years.
Because when you show up for yourself every day, your birthday stops being a painful reminder—and becomes a celebration of the 364 days you spent becoming someone you’re proud of.
Do the work. Make yourself proud.
