⛰️ Introducing La'l Tethera ⛰️
Based in the rainy Lakeland Fells, Georgie Rix, Ada Wood and Leo Rix (viola, fiddle and accordion) combine broad, textural arrangements with close vocal harmonies to create a tight and intentional sound, full of groove, grit and lilt. They bring a deep-rooted knowledge of English folk to a globally inspired repertoire. Blowing you away with their unmistakeable sound yet making you feel like you're around the kitchen table with them all at the same time.
This will be their first London gig and we can't wait to hear them on the Cecil Sharp House stage!!

Playing some 100% Cumbrian tunes down the Ring o' bells pub with @walruthtunes on fiddle and Mike on guitar! Apparently the one of the only pub on consecrated ground! This tune is called ducks on the pond 🦆🚣♀️
We had a lovely time doing our two pre Christmas gigs! Penrith at Blue Jam Arts and Shipley at the Kirkgate Community Center! It was a joy to play alongside @satnamvocalist and @behlahutchinson , @hazy_194 , @ashanicholson and @nottomp !
