Did you know the weekend starts early here at Lake Effect? It’s Taurus season.

Our Taurus cocktail is earthy and unapologetic. Pasote Reposado and Wahaka Espadin lay down a foundation of agave smoke and roasted wood, softened by the stone-fruit warmth of apricot and the almond depth of crème de noyaux. Tart cherry, ginger & lime pull it into something wilder. And then — smoked cherry sea salt, dark chocolate shavings, vanilla, egg white — it finishes like velvet draped atop charred cherries.
Zodiac season at Lake Effect is almost over, which means when it ends, this menu goes with it. If your sign’s cocktail has been calling to you, now’s the time.
