Lakeboon (Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Kuri, Ngāti Makea Ārera – Rarotonga, Pāmati) channels forward-thinking sounds at the intersection of electronic experimentation and indigenous identity. A driving force in Aotearoa’s emerging hiko movement, his mahi fuses percussive rhythm, ambient texture, and cross-cultural resonance across the full spectrum of tempo - a dynamic artist with releases on Teeth Clippers, Glitz Club, 245 Science & Research, and standout feats with Ōtautahi collective The Big Fresh Collective.
Formulating a unique haerenga with every set and Meander will no doubt be in for a special performance.
