summer is coming, it’s time to fly! let’s dig in to uncover new sources of physicality and theatrical expression. come to train, to push, to soften, to listen, to risk, and enjoy it all with a – sure to be – captivating group of wild movers. the day begins by awakening the joints, flows into utilising momentum and strength-building, then launches through space with ferocity. dj’d with the intent to make you move, learn set phrase material made up of rich textures, floorwork and soft acrobatics. research your own style through guided tasks that expand your palette. unlock new levels of power, musicality and dynamism. add to your performance toolkit; find ease in physical character work, access the voice and amplify your instincts. drop out of your head and into your body; practise tools to approach exercises with spontaneity and genuine reaction. discover new creative routes to layer movement and character. come alive through physical impulse and an abundance of possibilities. let’s enjoy the unleash of a deep dive into a berlin summer at b12!
