The âright planâ meets you where you are at â¨â¨@vlad__krymov and I had the pleasure of speaking with the RBC team about the importance of taking care of your fitness, especially when life, work, and responsibilities are demanding.
Fitness is not just about how you look.
Itâs about having more energy, building resilience, improving your health, and creating a standard for how you show up in every area of your life.
We also spoke about the importance of proper progression that is appropriate for the person, because real results do not come from doing the most.
They come from doing what is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with where someone is starting from.

She Started at Home Too Scared to Step Into a Gym⌠Today She Celebrates 1000 WorkoutsđĽł
When this @ladythefup client, Sima, first started working with me, she didnât even feel comfortable stepping foot into a gym. So we started where she felt safe which is at home.
She came from years of under eating, excessive cardio, and jumping from one fad diet to the next. Temporary results, but nothing sustainable. Nothing that truly changed her life.
What I wanted for her was bigger than weight loss. I wanted her to build confidence. To step outside of her comfort zone. To prove to herself that she was capable of more.
Eventually, she made the decision to join a gym⌠and she never looked back.
She became part of the 5AM club.
She pushed through fat loss phases.
She went from eating 900 calories to thriving on 2000.
She completely crushed her LTFU photoshoot.
And today?
She celebrates 1000 workouts.
1000 times she chose herself.
1000 times she showed up.

Not to discourage you, but to keep it real with you. Because you can absolutely get there, but it usually takes more than just eating less for a few months. It takes having the right phases in the right order.
That is why we create a progression map for every client we work with.
A lot of people expect the plan to look like:

But often, it looks more like:
Consistency phase â fat loss â reverse diet â lean build â fat loss â reverse to maintenance or intuitive eating
That is just one example, not a copy and paste formula for everyone.
Because the best results come from a plan that is built around your body, your starting point, your goals, and what you actually need next.
