Really excited to be starting a new series of Recharge Rave events at @thearcbristol , a fantastic sober community space in the centre of Bristol.
Come and join me and seasoned dancefloor shenanigator @ladyraydhd on Friday 20th February, from 7pm to 10pm, for a playful communal dance session. I'll be keeping the music upbeat and eclectic, building from funky disco and global grooves, through house and garage and UK bass, up towards the higher bpms.
Lady Ray DHD will be your playmaker for the evening, guiding you through an (optional) warm up, maintaining the vibes on the dancefloor throughout, and bringing us gently down to Earth at the end.
Unwind from the week, throw some shapes, scrawl away on the UV doodle wall and generally let loose in an inclusive, joyful space, and leave energised and ready for the weekend - without the Saturday morning hangover.
