When the ASPCA called to say they had a dog they thought I’d be a match for— and that her name was Possum— I knew I was in trouble, because do they even knowwwww who they’re talking to?!? Welcome forever home Possum Elizabeth Dortch-Crozier!! I’m so damn excited to have life adventures with you, you wiggly little weirdo.
I thought this past year and a half would swallow me whole. There were times I wished it would. Now I can look back through a different lens and see that all the things that cracked me open and broke me, just created space for more light to come in. To say I’m grateful for everything and everyone that held me together and let me fall apart would be a wild understatement. Cheers to what’s next. ✨
My all-time nemesis, and the biggest pain in my ass is departing New York this week, and I can finally breathe easy. Thank the gods— get the hell outta here Walker.

11 years in this city, and so many lifetimes lived during them. Some surprising and delightful, others a bit painful, but all solidifying in my heart that there’s no other place I should be. Cheers to the mess, the beauty, the chaos, the magic. To home.
