Climbing Ben Nevis with these boys today has been tough! Thoroughly enjoyed it but canβt forget why I did it.
Big shout out to all the folk who work for Womenβs Aid Nottβm and the support they provide. But most of all HUGE respect and admiration for the Women and Children who have stayed strong in the past and continue to do so under all forms of domestic abuse.
