We’re excited to announce an exhibition of images put together by our Shoreditch team using the cyanotype photographic process at our Dover Street Market space for Photo London 2026.
A ‘cyanotype’ is a camera-less photographic printing process that produces a distinctive monochrome, blue image, more often used for historical architectural blueprints.
Invented in 1842 by Sir John Herschel, the technique uses UV light (sunlight) to expose paper or fabric coated with iron salts, resulting in white images on a blue background.
We put our cyanotype kits to use to create some beguiling images of our well-known products. These images will be on display in our Dover Street Market London space from Thursday 14th May, 2026.
In addition to the exhibition of cyanotype images, our cyanotype kit will be for sale in bulk in our space. 14th to 17th May, 2026.

The other day we noticed everyone else on Redchurch Street is open at least an hour before we are each morning, so we’ve decided to join the early bird party. Our Shoreditch shop is now opening at 10am everyday starting this week. Extra shot of espresso please!
These Japanese enamel coffee pots have been part of our collection for at least 15 years (it’s hard to pin a date on these things!) — but sadly their time has come to an end. The manufacturer has discontinued them with no more stock expected. Goodbye, enamel coffee pots!
