Here are five compelling reasons to dive into photography:
📸 **1. Sharpen Your Eye for Beauty**
Photography trains you to notice the small details—light, texture, emotion—that most people walk past. Over time, you begin to see stories in everyday moments.
🌍 **2. Document Your Life and the World Around You**
From birthdays to sunsets on the Lagos coast, your photos become a visual diary—preserving fleeting moments in a way nothing else can.
🎨 **3. Express Yourself Creatively**
Whether through portraits, landscapes, or abstract shots, photography lets you speak without words. It’s art with a lens, and *your* unique style can shine through.
💼 **4. Build a Career or Side Hustle**
From weddings to product shoots, photographers are in demand. Even if you don’t go full pro, it can be a fulfilling and profitable side gig.
💡 **5. Connect with People and Cultures**
Photos spark conversation. They open doors to communities, travel experiences, and collaborations across the globe—often leading to stories and friendships you’d never expect.

Someone once asked me what my super power was.
I'm best at simplifying complex things.
I know how to break down difficult tasks into small comprehensive bits.
That skill I have put into my teaching.
Spiced up with stories, jokes and amazing interactive sessions.
Those memories last forever.
Many waters have passed under the bridge. Life has taken a toll but one thing remains. That one sided smile. It may seem faded, but it's still as soulful as it used to be. Cheers to many more years of bliss.
Climate Change Advocacy through Poetry! 🌍⚡
.
One of the highlights of my 2023 was working on this film during the African Climate Stories Fellowship, to lend my voice to the increasing rate of plastic pollution in Nigeria, and it's effect on the earth and humans.
So excited that the Lagos State Government under the leadership of H.E Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in January placed a ban on the usage and distribution of styrofoam and other single-use plastics in the state.
This is a big step towards combatting plastic pollution and climate change, and I can't wait to see other states follow suit.

A few people know my writing history, even though many have been entertained by my inspired creativity. Rain maker is one story I will wait to shoot. It must be a good one.
