A new exhibition has arrived: Thinking Vulnerability by Miloushka Bokma. The work explores the emotional connections we experience in contact with others and how coming close to someone requires a willingness to understand their world. In collaboration with dancers, emotions and stories are made visible through bodies that come together, intertwine, or pull apart. Vulnerability as both a revelation and a challenge. On view now in the Expo space downstairs. For more info, check @miloushka_bokma .

Erika Kohut teaches Schubert at the Vienna Conservatoire and goes home to her mother in the bed she has slept in for forty years. Michael Haneke shoots Isabelle Huppert at the temperature of a clinical observation — and finds, in the bathroom mirror with a razor, the most unsparing performance of her career. La Pianiste (2001) won Cannes Grand Prix and both lead acting prizes that year. Tickets: #linkinbio. 🎹

Starting today, our new thematic season Can’t Get You Out Of My Head: Films of Obsession dives into cinema’s most intoxicating fixations, from unhinged love to artistic madness and everything in between. From the disappearance that haunts Spoorloos and the murderous gaze of Peeping Tom to the fanatical discipline of Whiplash, the impossible longing of Vertigo and the celebrity nightmare of Perfect Blue, these films trace obsession all the way to the edge. What does it mean to preserve work that was never meant to be fixed? This evening explores the practice of Moniek Toebosch, whose work spans performance, sound, text, and installation. Rather than treating preservation as storage, Digital Care looks at it as something that happens through people, time, and reuse. With presentations and a lecture-performance by Alicia Framis, the programme opens up how artworks can be reactivated across changing contexts. Drawing on her newly housed archive, the evening reflects on care not as conservation alone, but as a form of transmission. Digital Care: Moniek Toebosch 13 May 2026 | 19:30 (doors) | 20:00–21:30 LAB111, Amsterdam Pay as you like. Registration (via link in bio) is required.
