From the offseason to the final game, the season came with challenges inside and outside the team. Through constant adjustments, monitoring, recovery and communication, the goal stayed the same: keeping the players ready to compete every time they stepped on the court.
Thankful to our managers for continuously supporting the team and helping maintain the standard of the program year after year.
Thankful to our coaching staff for the constant collaboration and trust throughout the season. Everyone stayed aligned in continuing to build the best men’s volleyball program in the country.

For the past few months, Recreational athlete @lanceirvdy has been very diligent in his workouts and rehab. We constantly tinker and adjust as needed for that day.
The balancing act of having to work and the need to train and play sports is a struggle most Recreational Athletes often encounter. Juggling time for everything is a story we often hear from Recreational Athletes and as long as you have a good strategy and plan, the process will be smooth, albeit not all the time, but that's why it's important to be honest as to what's needed to be done in order to reach a specific goal.
He's put in the work that's needed thus he feels a lot more confident when playing inside. The result of his hardwork and discipline.
Now we start preparing for Rec Leagues 💪🏾
