Today, we delivered humanitarian assistance to the village of Kakuri in Kaduna.
The situation facing the community is deeply concerning. There is little to no work, severe food shortages, and a constant threat of attack. We did not fully grasp the extent of the hardship until we arrived. Our team worked under immense pressure as we distributed a tonne of rice to families in urgent need.
Residents told us that no other humanitarian organisation has reached them, and many feel abandoned and forgotten. We are determined to do more - but we urgently need support to make that possible.
