Rediscovering dance has healed me in ways I can’t explain 💃 This International Dance Day has allowed me look back on my journey so far. I’m absolutely grateful for all the wonderful people I’ve shared a stage or a dance class with, and for lessons I’ve learnt from both my teachers and fellow dancers alike ❤️ Dance has opened so many doors for me and I’m glad to be part of such a supportive community. Introducing ✨Heal in Heels✨ Hey everyone! I’ll be teaching a heels class on 22nd May (Friday) at @glissonroadstudios in Cambridge at 7:00pm 👠 Heels dance has been such an integral part of my self-love journey as well as my @missinternationaluk journey and I’d love to share this with you 🤲 This experience is about reclaiming confidence, embracing vulnerability, and finding strength through movement. Every step taken in heels becomes an act of healing, reigniting your strength and femininity as a woman. This is your sign to reassure yourself, sis. ❤️ Healing is never straightforward. For me, it’s a messy trail. Your healing journey is yours, and it makes you stronger. I like to say that a big part of my healing journey has been rediscovering dance and intentional movement 💃 This is my ‘why’. Why I joined the pageant.
