This is part A of the look from my 4th yr major project ๐
Influenced by this yearโs, Year of The Dragon in the Chinese lunar calendar ๐งง
I was inspired to design a conceptual makeup look inspired by my thesis (The Symbol of the Dragon in Chinese Culture)๐
This particular makeup look was inspired by a Chinese funerary jar from the Southern Song Dynasty. And consists of three silicone flat plates wrapping around features of the body.
A big thank you to @paulmcdonnelldesign for his incredible guidance and help with the sculpting and prosthetics process of this look. And @jodie.killer for being an incredible model to bring this character to life ๐ชญ๐ฅ
