MAX LEADS THE NÜRBURGRING 24 HOURS!
We’re 12 hours into the Nürburgring 24 Hours, and Max Verstappen and his team are currently leading by just a few seconds during the night stint.
The track was absolutely packed earlier in the day, with entry to several of the larger grandstands reportedly being closed to the incredible number of people in the stands.

LAST YEAR IN MONTREAL
George Russell won the race, his teammate scored his first podium and Lando Norris crashed into the back of his teammate bringing his race to an end.

MAX SELLS OUT
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen's entry in the Nurburgring 24 hour race this weekend has seen tickets sell out!
He will tackle the Nordschleife in a Mercedes-AMG GT3 partnered with Daniel Juncadella and Jules Gounon. Demand for tickets was through the roof with organisers now warning those without tickets to stay away given the sold out signs are up.
Racing begins on Thursday, 14 May, with Qualifying 1 taking place in the early afternoon. Qualifying 2 follows in the evening. Friday's action begins at 8:50 local time with the opening Top Qualifying sessions, followed by Qualifying 3.
Top Qualifying 3, which will decide the leading grid positions, then starts at 13:35 local time.
The formation lap is scheduled for 14:40 local time, before the 2026 24h Nurburgring gets underway at 15:00 with 161 cars in 20 classes lapping the Nurburgring for 24 hours.
