8lbs 15oz (he’s a chunky one)
I’m not sure why I made a birth plan because nothing went as planned 😂 In the end, I gave birth to a healthy chunky boy, which is all that matters. I have SO many racing thoughts about what entering into parenthood has been like but I’ll save that for another time. All I know is that loving Mal and being loved by Mal helps me to understand the Father’s love in a deeper way. A thousand thank yous would never be enough to express my gratitude to the Lord for making me Mal’s mom ♥️
Also fun fact: Only 0.06% of the population has a leap year birthday. I was doing everything in my will to get this guy out sooner, but nothing can thwart the Lord’s plans 🥲
The term blowout holds a different meaning for me now 😂 But the love I feel for this little guy and for my wife, who went through one crazy labor and delivery rollercoaster ride is far beyond what I could’ve ever imagined. All glory to God for a healthy chunky baby boy ❤️
With baby Malachi entering the world any day now, my emotions are all over the place. Excited, nervous and everything in-between. All I know is that God truly blessed me with the best partner for this journey into parenthood. Grateful the Lord is growing our small family and has entrusted us with the high calling of shepherding Malachi’s life.

Can’t believe another beautiful year of marriage has gone by! The Lord knew @sharontkim would be the best life partner to help me grow as a God-fearing man and I can never thank Him enough for this gift of marriage. Parenthood is quickly approaching and I honestly can’t wait to see all the ways Sharon will display the love of Christ to our son! Happy Anniversary, my love ❤️
This amazing blessing came as a bit of a surprise to us (as you can clearly see from the video 😂), but the Lords timing truly is so perfect 🥹 I can feel my capacity to love expanding as I watch my husband prepare to become a father, as I pray daily over my son, and as I come before the Lord in awe of how He’s given us this opportunity to steward this precious life. Life is going to look so different in a couple of months, but I’m excited to experience a deeper type of joy and love I’ve never experienced before. Thank you Lord for this precious gift 🥹♥️
Today was a monumental moment for @sharontkim and I as we got baptized. Baptism is an outward expression of what has happened spiritually within us (which is believing in the Gospel and following Jesus).
God has done so much through our very different lives and today we publicly declared our love and commitment to Jesus. We’d love to share our testimonies to you if you’d like to hear how God brought us here. If you’d like to start a dialogue about God and faith We’d be more than happy to have that with you 😊

Happy 32nd Birthday to my amazing wife @sharontkim ❤️ Our trip to Utah was unforgettable and I love that we both enjoy hiking while being in awe of God’s wonderful creation.
It was a blessing to enjoy this hike all to ourselves and experience complete silence along with a gentle breeze…reflecting on how we can further glorify God through our marriage.

1/28/22. I’m the midst of a pandemic, God worked miracles in every aspect of our wedding and we give Him the glory and praise. This sets the stage for our marriage in reminding us that ultimately, it’s not in our control and to give it to our Lord.
