Some of these guys started out of shape. Some were already in decent shape. But all of them had the same problem… They were stuck. Frustrated that their physique didn’t reflect the effort they were putting in. Caught somewhere between where they were… and where they knew they could be. They had goals. They had motivation. What they didn’t have… was a system that actually worked. Because this is the reality šŸ‘‡ All coaches post. They all share tips. And everyone sounds like they know what they’re doing. But very few people show consistent, repeatable results like this. This post isn’t here to motivate you. It’s proof. Proof that when you have: āœ… The right structure āœ… Proven elite methods - refined from my 6 years as a professional fitness model āœ… And a plan built around your lifestyle You don’t need more time. You don’t need more motivation. You just need something that actually works. These guys? Busy. Working long hours. Eating out. Travelling. And still got in elite shape. No extremes. No guesswork. Just a clear system, applied properly. If you’re tired of putting in effort and not seeing it reflected ā¬‡ļø that’s exactly what I help with. DM me ā€œELITE RESULTSā€ and I’ll show you how.

Most people think getting in shape requires: āŒ a perfect schedule āŒ living in the gym āŒ never eating out Christian travels constantly, trained only at home, and still eats out 2-3x per week. The difference wasn’t motivation. It was having a plan that actually fit real life. If your lifestyle is busy, unpredictable, or ā€œnot idealā€, I have a system for you. Comment ā€œ4 STEP ABSā€ and I’ll send it over via DM šŸ˜šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ #onlinecoach #fatlosstransformation #fatloss #gymmotivation #fitnessmotivation

*This is now on the 30th January 2026* How I Came to Need Hip Resurfacing SurgeryšŸ“– I’ll be documenting my whole recovery journey post surgery, so stay tuned! Fingers crossed all goes well and I can make a full return to sport šŸ¤ž There can be serious complications if it goes wrong, but weirdly I don’t feel nervous as it’s been a long and painful journey, and the prospect of returning to sport will make my life a whole lot more interesting šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ #hipresurfacing #hippain #hipsurgery #hipreplacement #hiprehab #hiprehabilitation

Of course it’s hard. You’ve not done it many times yet, and it isn’t part of your life yet. We’ve all been through something that was sh*t at first, but after some time and repetition, it just becomes less shit. Dieting is exactly the same. When you feel that hunger, don’t just give in and eat at the first sign of discomfort. Sit with it for a bit, knowing that your brain will adapt to the ā€œpainā€ of hunger. This is especially true once you start seeing the results of the diet. The pain starts to feel purposeful. I don’t think people talk about this enough to be honest. In dieting, you are going to feel hungry. You can increase fibre intake, control insulin, use all the tools possible to manage hunger, but you are for sure going to be hungry at some point. Just remember: 1ļøāƒ£ It’s temporary and you won’t be dieting forever 2ļøāƒ£ You’re not going to die from a bit of hunger 3ļøāƒ£ There’s a reason why people respect someone that is super shredded, because they understand there was a struggle involved. 4ļøāƒ£ Your brain WILL adapt, and it does get easier. Suck it up fellas. The result is worth it. ________________________________ #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation

One of the most frustrating things as a coach is when you know a client is overeating but they’re not conscious of it. Studies show that even people experienced with food tracking overshoot calories by 30% on average when not tracking. There’s a reason why people that track all their food every single day in a dieting phase get great results. And there’s a reason why people that don’t end up confused and frustrated ā€œI’m sure I ate well.ā€ Well, I’m sure you did, but you probably just ate too many calories. Sometimes I even know the client is lying to me. In that situation I hope that its just an ego protection thing, and the client knows they need to track, but they just don’t want to tell me, and so they correct it themselves after the call. Although this isn’t necessary as I never judge people for being lax, because I’m not perfect myself. I’m not in any sense autocratic, though I may come across that way on instagram. The worst ones though are the ones that straight up lie to themselves. They genuinely believe they didn’t eat too many calories, but they don’t have the tracking to prove. Those people I can’t help, because those people aren’t willing to help themselves. #dieting #fitness #losefat #buildmuscle #nutrition

You just can’t win here šŸ¤§šŸ˜šŸ« šŸ“󠁧󠁢󠁄󠁮󠁧ó æ Though last year I had it so bad that I bit the bullet and got the injection, and that really sorted me out. Highly recommend that to anyone that suffers from hayfever as badly as I do! #englishsummer #england #britishsummer #summer #london

Learning a language is a lot like being on a fitness journey, or any other self-development journey for that matter. You start off feeling a bit out of your depth, and your ego gets checked pretty quickly. But then the more you progress, the more fun it gets, and the more the reward loop feeds back. Then the result no longer becomes the motivation, as the process itself becomes just as enjoyable as the result. Consequently, keeping consistent becomes much lower friction, and therefore progress comes more easily. However, still, there will be days where you just don’t want to do it. But you do it anyway. That session won’t be enjoyable, and even though its of a lower standard, you understand that consistency is more important than perfection, and that the long term result is more gratifying than the short term discomfort. Like with anything that requires effort over time, it is those that stayed consistent that reap the results that others find aspirational. It’s just that most don’t stick with it long enough to get to that point. Some people will look at those in flow and say ā€œAhh its easy for themā€ But what they fail to see is the countless reps those people performed when no one was watching. It’s only now easy for those people because they have been consistent enough to adapt to the discomfort over time. I am certainly not naturally good at languages. I sucked at French in school. There were days where I felt like a child trying to learn to talk again, and it was super frustrating. That is normal, but trust me, it’s all worth it in the end. P.S. I understand the irony of making a video of ā€œhow I learned Spanishā€ for non-spanish speakers with the whole video in Spanish, but I’ve never posted myself speaking Spanish on my Instagram as it was a private project, so I felt it necessary to do that otherwise people will naturally question the degree of my fluency, and this post wouldn’t have any authority.

Normal low-fat yogurt is still 5g protein per 100g. šŸ‘šŸ¼ Just eat more of that, or another protein source. šŸ— There is literally no point in eating versions of foods you don’t like just to hit your protein intake. šŸ™…šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø #protein #fitness #cleaneating #buildmuscle #bodybuilding
