Initial testing showed high level movement competency, strength and power. Thanks to his talented team of coaches @r_hornett and @hoopdiaries it’s allowed us to collaborate and reinforce the fundamentals while also chasing the 1% as we continue to stack days💪. And have a little fun along the way👊.
