Valentina and I are over the moon — beyond excited to start the next chapter of our lives on this patch of dirt in El Sereno. Valentina manifested her dream to live in the hills of LA, and somehow, it happened?
We’re cohabiting the space with native black walnut trees, toyon bushes, squirrels, coyotes, a sycamore, one giant agave, and so many birds that I’ve yet to learn the name of. Homeownership in 2025 (without rich parents) is a rare gift, and a massive blessing.
Last night, as I rolled our garbage bins out for morning pickup, I caught a whiff of night jasmine and got completely overwhelmed by the feeling of gratitude. This must be the place, huh?

Over one week now since Valentina and I were married. We held a small wedding in Berlin with some of our dearest friends and family. It was the party of a lifetime, and for one evening it felt like a bit of heaven on Earth. I’m still reeling from the memories. Feeling so grateful to be loved and to give love. Also pretty happy that I got to do it all in Birkenstocks. Te amo Muchísimo, Valentina 😘 This is the adventure of a lifetime. We did it!
Valentina and I are engaged to married ❤️🔥 Not sure when exactly yet, but we’ll let you know. We’re both extremely happy. Well, most of the time. Sure…sometimes we get really sad, but that’s totally normal I think. Today and forever I’m one lucky sonofagun. Te amo amor 😘⛓️
I turned 30 today while sleeping under the stars and moon-cast shadow of Tre Cime. “Three peaks”. One for each decade of my life. I’m happy to be alive and basking in the complete love of my friends and family. Looking forward to seeing what comes next 🥰
