Raced my first ever 550 Limited race with @wildwestwatercross at Topaz Lake, NV on 7/11-13. It was an absolute sick one. Pretty freakin emotional weekend, but we made it home in one piece and had a TON OF FUN. I finished 8th out of 11 on Moto 1 due to a couple bad falls. Recovered my shit on Moto 2 and took 4th out of 11 . On Sunday I took 7th out of 11 in Moto 3 and was in 3rd place in points going into Moto 4. I had a great start on Moto 4 but ended up colliding with another rider in a traffic jam. The hit blew a hole in my nose and knocked my throttle cable loose making my ski run like ass, sucking in water. Turned the bilge pump on and finished Moto 4 in one piece. I ended up taking 6th out of 11 overall for the weekend which made me stoked for my first race ever. Super thankful for the @southforkshredders crew brothers and @wildwestwatercross for putting on such rad events. The beginning of September will mark one year that Iāve been working at Decannās European. I couldnāt be more thankful for the time Iāve had here. I wanted to give a shout out to Decann for being such a great mentor and gifting me this gorgeous 56ā yellow toolbox for an early one year anniversary gift. Iāve outgrown my yellow roll cart and I couldnāt be more stoked to have a matching chest. Today was a reminder that good things come to those who waitāļø
2023 has been a ride! A lot happened this year that led to some big personal growths for me. Iām thankful for the people I have around me and for where I am today!
