Today is not only Halloween but itās Addies 7th birthday! Sheās an amazing and beautiful little girl (most of the time! Haha) and we love her with all we have. Headed out to trick or treat tonight. Hope everyone has a great safe time.
Hereās a cool throwback to my 2004 660 Rhino! Fully down to bare frame, center console fuel cell, custom suspension kit and full light bar! For itās time it was so dope, but could barely make it up comp hill, but came down at 75 straight through the big whoops. Then I converted it to an R1 with the @wellerracing kit and thatās when I put on coil passes with @kingshocks and super light weight suspension. Pretty fun to spend 5500$ on a UTV then build it into such a capable unit. A ton of great memories building and cruising and racing this thing.
Sat outside today and enjoyed the sun! Been a tough couple of weeks now that Iām done with treatments but weāre pushing through it!! All my joints are super soar which is a side effect, and eating and all that stuff you have to fight to do, but Iām fighting!! @amber.leduc is literally saving my life each meal and minute that passes, as she also home schools the kids and cooks all the meals to keep her happy little family ticking by. Thank you girl. Literally would be impossible without you and your dedication. Thank you babe. Wish o couldāve gone to F1 this weekend with the fam, wouldāve been fun! Next year š
This was the @sparcousa helmet with @thebeastunleashed@monsterenergy scheme done by @apdesignsusa . Need to get my @ruggedradios installed and a fresh air intake installed. Pretty cool all hand painted and airbrushed. Now to get healthy and strap it on again! See if Iāve still got it!
Reedy was rippin today in the track. Put the kid on a stop watch and he goes hard! Most of the time we just free drive, but with all the races going on lately I wanted to put him under pressure. And he did great. Truck is dialed for these bigger jumps and he was goin for it. Need a mod kart or UTV to be able to clear this thing! All in all it was cool to see him driving and pushing himself. @grannynancy1771 is here and got to watch him launching it. Proud of this little dude and how he works the loud pedal. Good job @reedtanninleduc proud family.
Hereās a cool photo I took in staging a couple years back. First truck was my first pro-4 built in 2008, Sold to Greg Adler and now is raced by @johnnyholtger and is at crandon today! Second truck is Steelo built in 2014 and was sold and still owned by @dougmittag81 but not currently racing. The third truck is my truck and still my truck built in 2018 but has had many changes in between and is at crandon today! The 4th truck was a truck I raced for 1 season in 2017 and was sold to a guy that raced one season then it sold to @andrewcarlson15 and is at crandon today. One thing about all of these trucks, we have won races and championships in each and every one of them!! Crazy to say that. I am currently building a new truck for myself to race some day and we are building a current pro4 driver a truck also. That will make 6 total Pro-4 trucks that I have built and rolled out the shop, Trad will be building the customer truck but using all of our designs, so I canāt take credit for that truck but you get the idea. @kingshocks has been with me since the day I stepped into pro4 back in 2008. Since then we have won almost 100 races together and 7 championships. Brett himself has been a huge asset to my life and program as a great friend and sponsor and just a solid reliable person that has never let me down. The entire King family has been around for decades and truly is hands deep into their shocks and racing. My kind of guy. Thank you for all the years of support and these mock-up shocks for the new pro4 Iām building. I come up with some crazy stuff, sometimes he tells me Iām dumb or wrong, but always comeback with, unless we do it this way! Then we dig in and go for it. If your going to be at Crandon next week, we have sent the one and only Chrome #99 to the event to attend the parade downtown and to be at the track for all of you to enjoy all week and weekend. I unfortunately cannot attend due to still doing chemotherapy and have an extreme high risk of getting sick from any and everyone which could be life threatening, so sadly I will be watching from home, but Iām here with family and friends. We will do a fun photo contest with the truck this week also.
