Oh what a circus, oh what a show! 🎪
I’ve had the pleasure of doing Evita three times now & I fall in love with the score & that complicated woman more and more every time. @joshrhodes1115@leeawilkins & @natalianievesm created such a magical, special, ARTFUL show & led us to creating truly a gorgeous piece of theatre that I am so beyond proud to have been a part of; thank you for this gift & your vision & ambition & trust!! I’ve heard of @themuny magic for years & I finally get it; I’ve had the most incredible three weeks at musical theatre summer camp & I could not be more grateful or fulfilled. Thank you a million times over to our incredible creatives & designers for taking on this beast of a show & helping us create something truly with star quality (@instadamkoch set. I mean, come ON). & to this CAST te adoro te adoro te adoro TANTO 🥹 our beautiful little capitol of Buenos Aires came together & rose to the occasion & supported each other throughout it all with such love & respect & humor. Wishing we could stay in these nights of a thousand stars forever 🇦🇷❤️

There is something so incredible about watching someone you love find their calling, step into their light & create a dream for themself. But to then to able able to watch the work, effort, and tenacity culminate itself into a dream coming true is just… beyond. I’ve been sobbing tears of joy for over a week. @myki.meeks you’ve been a star since you were putting on Jenny’s moomoo’s in our living room; the vision has always been there, let’s be clear! Watching your star rise over the years & the community you’ve built around yourself & for the people in Orlando has been nothing short inspiring. You know what you want & you put in the work to get it all while managing to always lead with humor & humility. Being able to share in the celebrations, collaborate on projects, rhinestone every piece of your clothing that I can get my hands on, scream your name at your shows, and countless other moments- it’s all been such a joyous, spectacular adventure that I feel so privileged&grateful to be a small part of & this is just the beginning 🥹 Now the rest of the world gets to share in & fall in love with the charasma, uniqueness, nerve, & talent of my best friend & favorite drag queen. I will never have enough words to express how proud I am of you & overjoyed I am for you. You’ve put in so much work for this over the years, & it’s finally time to sit back & receive the adoration & praise you worked so hard for. Prepare to be sick of me, World! cause I’m not shutting up about this for a loooooong time!! They say the Meeks shall inherit, so let’s go inherit a crown, shall we? 👑🔑
