STORY TIME: “Daughters of the Game” I just wrapped up a project I do every year…where I go through my phone and piece together videos sitting on this device in chronological order to show a small snippet of my entire year. (Will post soon) As I was reflecting on the year I realized this film was not on insta and only on YouTube…but I want it here too. So here it is. When @crwls and the @therandagolf reached out and asked if I would like to bring my family to the @aigwomensopen in Wales… I told my business partner @markthomaslangford … About an hour later he had sent me a story board of an idea…an idea he was absolutely convinced would be special…and he asked if he could shoot it. Im so grateful for Mark and the genuine joy he gets in seeing me with my kiddos. Here I am …absolutely over the moon that I’m getting this opportunity with my family…and he is just as excited about the story he was wanting to tell. It made for a very special film I will cherish for the rest of my life and was certainly a highlight of my 2025. The @fried_egg_golf recently listed it as one of their favorite pieces of content for 2025…which means it certainly resonated with more people than just me. I hope if you haven’t seen it you will watch it and if you have, maybe watch it again. The time we have with our kids is forever fleeting and it’s important to hold onto every second we have with them… I love my family…I try to be with them as much as possible…and I’m grateful for a game that allows us quiet moments to be together. If you follow me on this platform, have liked or shared anything I’ve made…thank you…it means the world. Mark you made something beautiful buddy…I hope you are proud. Keep going yall!

My head is still spinning… the last 15 hours have been a whirlwind. When I started this club having a podcast / media company like @nolayingup tell a story about our club wasn’t even an idea in my world. I was only thinking about helping courses, caring for our members, and building a good community of humans. When they reached out…I didn’t think it was real. Then just like that….they were here…they enjoyed their time and they beautifully told the story of our club. My heart is full…I’m so grateful for people like this to take the time to actually find real stories, and shine a light on this little club in the Midwest. Words won’t ever really do justice to the gratitude I have in my soul… I love this club…I love the people I work with…I love the members…and I love what we are building. If you ever want to come and see our little club, we are located on 425 Clark St in St. Charles and 1735 Chase Dr in Fenton MO… You will be welcome there…Everyone Only. This is a small snippet of a 50 min podcast telling the origin story of our club. I will post the full link in our bio and in the comments. Keep going yall…I hope at this point you know we will. ✌🏼❤️

STORY TIME: I have had the pleasure of documenting the @apgatour event at @glenechocc for the last few years. Glen Echo is an incredible golf course in the STL area, golden age design, incredible history, great members….. I have had the opportunity to travel the world and document so many courses and tournaments… I can say this with 100% certainty…the guys on the APGA tour are some of the best humans you will meet. They are hard workers…they are very talented players…and they are grateful for the opportunities they have. I had to leave the tournament a day early for another trip I had scheduled and when I came back…this was sitting on my desk. This is above and beyond. These guys work really hard, they travel alot, the grind is real. The effort and time it took to do this and get it to my desk is not lost on me…I’m grateful. I will always prioritize seeing these guys and helping tell their stories when they come to town. Thank you @jcunni99 …you have a new biggest fan. Keep going fellas…yall are the best!

STORY TIME: A little over 6yrs ago someone sent me a text and asked me why I hadn’t used my camera to make golf content? I honestly didn’t have an answer. I had found a career for myself telling stories through video and I loved the game of golf. Why had I not combined the two? I decided to give it a go. I started down the wormhole that is Instagram golf. I stumbled upon sweetens cove, the buck club, no laying up…and all the other hundreds of accounts that is common knowledge to the “golf sicko”. I also found a brand called @sugarloafsocialclub . Seeing their photos and products felt like home. I appreciate the form of their products and the function of their brand. It all felt casually intentional…and different, but right. I developed an Internet relationship with the brand. Chatting through DMs, promoting them to friends, and just admiring all they do from afar. Through those chats I eventually met the founder Ian and we became friends. Since we met, the last 5 years have been a blur, so many projects, so much time spent, so many laughs and memories. When we were approached by the SSC team to help film and edit their new High / Low series with Titleist…we jumped at the chance. It felt wild to be approached by a brand that I have admired so much through the years. You don’t grow a brand from your basement to being a household name in the golf world without being special. Ian has often has been more comfortable staying behind the scenes, but anyone that knows him…knows he is a gift to the game of golf. I’m so glad more people are gonna see him in front of the camera and hear about his thoughts on this great game. Ian…thanks for everything. Thanks for your friendship, thanks for what you are building at SSC, and thank you for trusting us to help tell your story. Keep going homie…see ya soon. Episode 01 of the High / Low Series is available to watch on Sugarloaf Social Clubs YouTube. You should watch it. ✌️❤️

STORY TIME: Yesterday was the 6th year anniversary of when I started the Gimme Golf Club. It’s always an emotional day. My timeline is flooded with memories and I typically end up just scrolling through photos and videos all day. Our goal has always been simple. Create a non-intimidating place for people to be introduced to the game of golf, and bring the value of community and consistency to our network of courses. What started as a club of about 50 people (mainly family and friends), with access to 3 golf courses… Has turned into a full fledged club with almost 600 members, that have access to 18 golf courses, have 2 clubhouses, with 6 trackman sims, a weight room, barbershop, bar…a physical locations for our once digital community. We have a full tournament schedule and take 3 golf trips a year. We also paid out $300k to public golf courses this year. To say that this club has far surpassed my expectations would be the understatement of the century. Honestly, it just doesn’t make sense in my brain. How did we get here?! I know this…to do something meaningful…means you have to fall in love with the day to day. There are no overnight successes…every second, every minute, every hour, every day. The only thing you can do is stack days on top of days, then you blink and it’s all right there. Also, you are only good as the people you put around you and for whatever reason I have a whole crew of world class talent that have decided to buy into this vision…I’m forever grateful. Lastly, our members…we have never spent a dime on marketing. Every member has joined via word of mouth. Every member is great. They have bought into the vision of this club and have fought for everything it stands for from day one. So today, I’m so humbled and grateful. Grateful for a family that supported this crazy idea, grateful for co-workers (who are basically family) who believe and fight for this club…and I’m grateful for the members who give us their hard earned money and trust us to take care of them. If you are wanting to try something new…do it…don’t wait. Stack up days and do something that matters to you and KEEEEEP GOING. I hope at this point you know I will.

STORY TIME: Sitting in the airport after a busy few days with my camera. We made great things but we had an ever better time together. Real friendships. As I’m sitting here waiting to get home….I get a email with notes from a gimme meeting that was had without me. I also received a weekly newsletter sent to our members that I didn’t make… I’m now sitting in an airport with a tear in my eye, just thinking about how this club started and where it is today. I certainly appreciate the members and we strive to create the best club/experience in the world for them. But seeing things move so well with me being gone (on a work trip) just makes me so grateful and proud. We have the best humans in the world working / helping at gimme. I’m not sure what I did to be surrounded by such kind, hardworking people that believe so much in what we are trying to do…but I’m certainly glad they are here. Letting go of things that you have controlled for so long…is hard. I’ve never looked for “talent” first when building a team…it has always been about “who they are…and how they treat people.” Then and only then do we judge them on their talent or ability to do their job. You can only do so much in this life on your own and you spend so much time doing “work” that I feel like sometimes we can miss the point of it all. Personally (to each their own)… I’m not working to retire. I don’t want to do something I’m not passionate about for the majority of my life to then retire and do what Im passionate about for only a small amount of time. I probably should care more about money…I just don’t. If you know me I hope you know this. I want to do things that make me happy and give me real purpose with people that I care about…and I want to bring AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN WITH ME. Just very grateful to so many people today for being in my life and making it such an inspiring place to be every time I go to “work”…whether that is at gimme or with a camera. Find your purpose…do things that make you happy and proud…and do them with your people…for your people and then work really really hard. It’s so much better together. Much love. Keep going.

All of these moments were found on my phone. Years move quick…I try to be as present as I can. These memories are cool but it’s the people i share them with that makes life special. Our trip to Wales to the women’s open and having the girls meet @nellykorda was easily the highlight of 2025. What a trip that was…. If I shared anytime with you this year…thank you. It has been a great year. People and places…never things. Keep going yall.

Life has been moving quickly lately. Kins just finished up her junior year of golf, she’s driving, looking at colleges…she’s an adult in a lot of ways. Both of my girls are incredible and I’m so proud of them… they have good hearts, are kind humans and I find myself just wanting to hang out with them as friends. I try my best to be as present as I can be with my kiddos…and golf has certainly given us a lot of time together, but no matter what we do…the time spent seems so fleeting. Every season of being a parent comes with good and bad…I hope when you see this little video you will be reminded of the season you are in RIGHT NOW…find the good things like holding your kid while you still can, hearing first words, or seeing first steps. Or maybe it’s celebrating first jobs, or watching them drive off on their own for the first time. We can’t stop the train, but we can focus on the good and enjoy the view that we have in the exact moment we are in. I was shooting some shots of Kins yesterday for a college recruiting video and was hit with a lot of emotion. Some good and some bad. Ultimately, it made me want to make the most of the little time we have left. I understand the irony of posting this to an app that in some ways is the culprit of not being present, but I have also found that the right type of content consumed can inspire us to do more in our actual lives. This video has no chance of getting into the algorithm…it doesn’t check the boxes…but I’m ok with that. We get one life yall…squeeze it for all its worth. Much love…keep going. KW

About 6 years ago I was introduced to Kenny. I met him at a dinner where he listened to me talk about my dreams for the GGC and how I was trying to start it. My plan was to crowdsource the initial investment by getting 50 members to sign up for the club before we even opened.

At dinner, after hearing my pitch, he asked if he could purchase all 50 memberships. I was pretty taken back by the proposal…I said no, but loved his enthusiasm. That set us down a path of growing this club together. From that point on we have been partners in this idea and have seen it grow from an idea, to a movement, to a full fledged club that is stacking up memories and history day by day.

I could make a list a mile long about how much Kenny means to the business and to the club as a whole… but I think that would be a waste of time.

What I really want you all to know… is that He is a great friend, a better human, and he really cares. He lives and breathes for the membership and it is evident in the way he takes care of every person here.

Im not sure what stars aligned for us to cross paths…but I can’t imagine anyone else that was a better fit to build this club with…

I don’t really have an off switch…and my mind is always racing and thinking about the next thing. He is always there, right by my side… running as fast and dreaming just as big.

I love you friend… I love coming to gimme everyday…and I love working with you.

I hope this is the best year yet…Happy Birthday @gimme_golf_clubs .

Today @gimmegolfclub sold out of our Fall Ball tournament in 30 minutes. It’s crazy to me to come up with an idea out of thin air, have members buy in (even when it wasn’t done very well at first) and decide to make a tournament matter. Now the Fall Ball an indoor member-member tournament is one of the most unique tournaments in the country. We create custom hoodies, have some of the city’s best food all day long, watch football, and play on the sims all day. To top it off in the most “gimme way” possible…it is a “blind draw” tourney…so members show up and have names pulled to find out their teammate. It’s so much fun and truly embodies the Everyone Only vibe of this club. I spent the better part of this Friday afternoon looking through old hard drives and reminiscing about old jobs and projects I’ve worked on…and I just can’t believe it. I’m so glad I started this club, so glad that we have the staff that feels like family and am obviously forever grateful to the members that have bought into what we are doing. Some days I’m just hit with a tremendous amount of gratitude. Today is one of those days… If you have ever a dream of starting something…don’t wait. Try…fail…try again. Go…start now…do it. Regret is a terrible thing and I honestly can’t envision a life without this club. Keep going yall…usually the good stuff is on the other side of the hard stuff. Much love, KW Gimme Member 001
